Luxyco
Operational software built around the complete workflow.
A full-stack business management platform for professional carpet-care companies. Luxyco was rebuilt from scratch using the lessons from my earlier CarpetCareManager project and is already used in daily operations by a company while development continues through a three-phase roadmap.

Business software,
from interface to backend.
I’m Dejan Gogov, a full-stack software developer based in Bretten, Germany. I build applications that help businesses manage real, everyday work.
I work across frontend and backend, from interfaces and application workflows to APIs, authentication, databases and caching. My projects have grown from early portfolio applications into software used by real companies and an open-source package published on npm. I’m especially interested in understanding how a business works and turning those workflows into clear, maintainable software.
Practical decisions,
from frontend to backend.
Understand the workflow
I start with the task someone needs to complete. The interface and data model should support that task, not make it harder.
Keep the interface clear
Business software is used repeatedly. Clear labels, predictable actions and useful defaults matter more than decoration.
Work end to end
I enjoy working across the complete system, from interfaces and application logic to authentication, APIs, databases and caching.
Improve the structure
Luxyco is a good example: I rebuilt an earlier idea with a stronger architecture instead of continuing to patch the first version.

what I build?
The projects here are only a selection, but they give a good sense of how I approach real requirements, make technical decisions and develop applications over time.
